Discover the world through the eyes of Rob Ingalls Photography and the use of High Dynamic Range (HDR) imaging techniques. Each photo has been hand-selected by the artist.
HD vs. HDR? What’s the difference? HD stands for High Definition. You see this term a lot, especially with the retina displays. The photos in these packs are optimized for HD. What about HDR? HDR means High Dynamic Range and is a technique used to capture light in a larger range than a typical single shot camera exposure. HDR uses multiple exposures of the same photo, and then combines those exposures to achieve incredible results. Each photo in these packs is a combination of normal exposure, under exposure, and over exposure, all combined into one photo.
These photos can be displayed as Wallpaper or shared with others on Facebook and Twitter.
Each pack comes with 24 photos, and each optimized for the iPhone, iPod, and iPad, as well as individually oriented for portrait or landscape for the iPad. The photos look stunning using the retina display.
